Unlike services that send your data to OpenAI, Google, or other cloud providers, Deep Thought runs all AI models locally on our own GPU infrastructure in Sweden. Your audio files, transcriptions, and AI analysis never leave our servers. This isn't a feature we added - it's the core architecture of our platform.
Our transcription uses KB-Whisper, a Swedish-optimized model running locally. Our AI analysis uses Ollama with open-source models like Qwen3 and DeepSeek-R1, all running on our own hardware. Zero data is transmitted to external services during processing.
If you choose to use OpenAI or Anthropic models through BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you explicitly enable external processing. This is always opt-in, never default. When using BYOK, your data is sent to the provider you selected - but only when you choose to do so.
All servers are physically located in Sweden. Your data is protected by Swedish and EU data protection laws, including GDPR.
Your content is never used to train AI models. Your data belongs to you - we process it, we don't learn from it.
