Delete Individual Transcriptions
Web App:
- Go to your transcriptions
- Select the transcription
- Click delete (trash icon)
- Confirm
iOS App:
- Open transcriptions
- Swipe left on item
- Tap “Delete”
Delete Your Account
Web App:
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click “Delete Account”
- Enter password to confirm
- Click “Permanently Delete”
Via Email:
- Email: support@deep-thought.cloud
- Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
- Include your account email
- We process within 30 days
What Gets Deleted

What We Keep
- Transaction records (tax/legal compliance, up to 7 years)

After Deletion
- You’re logged out everywhere
- Data cannot be recovered
- Unused credits are forfeited

EU Users (GDPR): Right to erasure within 30 days.
California Users (CCPA): Right to deletion within 45 days.
