1. Agreement
By installing or using the Deep Thought application (“App”), developed by Dolutions AB, you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use for illegal purposes
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of audio files and transcriptions. We process your content locally on Swedish servers.
BYOK: If you use your own API keys, content is sent to those third-party providers.
4. Updates
The App may auto-update. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
5. Termination
We may terminate this license if you violate terms. Upon termination, delete the App.
6. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to amounts paid in prior 12 months.
8. Governing Law
Swedish law governs this EULA. Disputes resolved in Stockholm courts.
9. Apple App Store
If obtained from Apple App Store:
- Apple is not party to this EULA
- Apple has no maintenance obligation
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary
10. Google Play
If obtained from Google Play:
- Google is not party to this EULA
- Subject to Google Play Terms of Service
