Processing in Sweden
Where your content is processed, stated as four statements you can check.
These four statements are the only claims this site makes about where your content is processed. Each one holds against the platform’s code. Last verified 2026-09-28.
The four statements
- Transcription and diarization never leave own hardware.Speech recognition and speaker separation run on our own GPUs in Stockholm. Unconditional — no setting changes it.
- Default inference is Sweden-resident, via an external service.AI analysis runs by default at Berget.ai, with Sweden-resident inference. It is a third party.
- BYOK is a preference, not a boundary.Your own AI key is tried first. If it fails, processing continues with other providers; it does not confine processing to your provider.
- Local-only is a hard stop.With local-only processing, no content is sent to any external service. Available on request.On request

Export and deletion
The privacy policy lists what you can do with your data: access it, correct it, export your transcriptions, and delete your account and everything in it.
A single transcription is deleted from the Web App or from record-me. The whole account is deleted in the Web App under Settings, Account, or by e-mail to support. What is deleted, and when, is set out on the data deletion page.
Local-only processing
Local-only processing, statement 4 above, is available on request. It is not a setting you switch on yourself.
