1. Acceptance

By using Deep Thought Cloud (“Service”), operated by Dolutions AB, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Deep Thought Cloud provides:

  • AI-powered audio transcription
  • Content analysis and entity extraction
  • Transcription management
  • API access

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • One account per person

4. Credits System

  • New users receive free credits
  • 1 credit = 1 transcription
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • No refunds for unused credits

5. Acceptable Use

Do NOT:

  • Use for illegal purposes
  • Upload copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security
  • Share account credentials
  • Abuse the service with automated systems

6. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of your audio and transcriptions
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content
  • We do not claim ownership of your data

7. AI Processing

All AI processing uses locally-hosted models on our Swedish servers. If you use BYOK (your own API keys), your content is sent to those third-party providers.

8. Service Availability

  • Service provided “as is”
  • No guarantee of 100% uptime
  • We may modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or service interruptions
  • Transcription accuracy
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability limited to amounts paid in prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Remain inactive for 12 months
  • Engage in abusive behavior

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes resolved in Stockholm courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Healthcare Data Disclaimer

This service is NOT HIPAA compliant and is not intended for processing Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not upload:

  • Medical records or patient data
  • Healthcare provider communications
  • Any information subject to HIPAA regulations

If you require HIPAA-compliant transcription services, please seek a certified provider.
