A meeting you were just invited to

Paste a meeting link, a Meet code or a Zoom ID, and the notetaker joins within seconds. No calendar needed.

Plan: PremiumIn beta

For anyone with the meeting notetaker, with or without a connected calendar. A meeting link arrives in a chat five minutes before the meeting, or someone reads out a Meet code or a Zoom meeting ID.

You send the notetaker there from the Web App, and the meeting becomes a recording with the transcript, the speakers, a summary, the people, decisions and actions. The meeting notetaker is in beta.

What you need

  • An account on Premium or Enterprise in the Web App, app.deep-thought.cloud. Testers get Premium while they test: become a tester.
  • The meeting link from the invitation, a Google Meet code, or a Zoom meeting ID and its passcode. Teams needs the full link.
  • A browser, on a computer or a phone.

Steps

  1. Link or code
  2. Send now
  3. The notetaker joins
  4. Recording and e-mail
  1. Step 1: Open Möten in the Web App

Sign in at app.deep-thought.cloud and open Möten (Meetings) in the menu. On a phone it is under Mer.

  2. Step 2: Paste the link, or type the code

Under Send to a meeting, paste the Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link as it is, or type the Meet code (such as abc-defg-hij) or the Zoom ID, with its passcode in the field beside it. Teams needs the full link from the invitation.

  3. Step 3: Send it

The page shows the link the notetaker will join. Choose Send now. The first time, the account owner or an admin accepts once that the recording service processes the meeting in the USA: the Web App asks, with Accept and send. It is not needed when the account’s processing boundary is already the world.

  4. Step 4: Let it in

The notetaker joins within seconds, as “your first name notetaker”. If the meeting has a lobby, someone in the meeting lets it in; until then its status reads Waiting to be let in. You can remove it from the meeting on the same page.

What happens next

  • Under Möten, Recent, the meeting goes from Recording to Processing to Done.
  • You get an e-mail when the transcript is ready, with a button that opens it.
  • The recording has the transcript, speakers suggested from the participants, a summary, the people, decisions and actions.
