What was agreed, and by whom, lifted out of every meeting, call and memo into one list.

For a project lead who runs several meetings a week. What was agreed, and by whom, should not depend on someone’s notes.

Actions, decisions and commitments are lifted out of every source and listed in the Web App, each with the recording it came from. An AI assistant can add one over MCP, and with Enterprise actions can go on to Todoist or ClickUp as tasks.

What you need

  • An account on Premium or Enterprise. Testers get Premium while they test: become a tester.
  • Meetings, calls or memos in the account: from the notetaker, record-me, Trillian or an upload.
  • For Todoist or ClickUp: Enterprise, set up for your account.

  1. Step 1: Bring in your meetings

    Let the notetaker join your meetings (by rule or by link), record with record-me, or upload a recording in the Web App.

  2. Step 2: Open Åtgärder

    In the Web App, open Åtgärder (Actions) in the menu. On a phone it is one of the four tabs at the bottom.

  3. Step 3: Decide what stays open

    The actions are suggestions from your recordings, and you decide which become open actions. Each shows the recording it came from: open it to see where it was said.

  4. Step 4: Follow up

    Filter by Väntar, Pågår and Klara (waiting, in progress, done) to see what is still open, and by when.

What happens next

  • One list of actions across meetings, calls and memos, each linked to its source.
  • Each new recording adds its actions to the same list.
  • An AI assistant can read the list and add to it over MCP.
