Phone calls
Calls recorded in your telephone system arrive beside your meetings, with every line on the right person.
Plan: Enterprise
For a team that sells or supports customers by phone. A call-recording integration, set up for your account, brings each recorded call in beside your meetings.
A two-channel call is transcribed one party per channel, and a known phone number names the other party. Each call gets the same summary, people and actions as a meeting.

What you need
- Enterprise, with the integration set up for your account by us.
- A telephone system that records calls and that we integrate with: the integrations that are live.
Steps
- A recorded call
- The integration
- Your sources
Step 1: Ask us to set it up
Write to us with the account and the telephone system you use. The integrations page lists the ones that are live.
Step 2: We connect it to your account
The integration is set up per account. We reply when it is done.
Step 3: Call as usual
Calls recorded in the telephone system come in by themselves. Nobody starts anything during the call.
Step 4: Find the calls
In the Web App, open Källor (Sources) in the menu: each call is there beside your meetings and memos.
What happens next
- Each call as a recording, with the right speaker on every line.
- The summary, the people and the actions, as for a meeting; the actions are also listed under Åtgärder (Actions).
