The few things only you can answer

A few short questions a week about what the recordings cannot settle, such as whether two names are one person.

For anyone with a few weeks of meetings, calls or lessons in the account who wants the picture over time to be right, not only full. The same colleague is “Kim” in one meeting and “Kim Berg” in the next; an action is owned by a name nothing else knows; a question from a month ago may long since be settled. The recordings alone cannot tell.

Each week the Web App asks up to ten short questions under Att bestämma, chosen by rule from gaps in what is stored, each with the recordings behind it. No AI writes the questions. Live since 12 October 2026.

What you need

  • An account on Premium or Enterprise; keeping a voice anonymous works on every plan. Testers get Premium while they test: become a tester.
  • A few weeks of recordings: the questions come once there is something to ask about.

  1. Step 1: Open Att bestämma

    In the Web App, open Att bestämma in the menu. On a phone it is under Mer.

  2. Step 2: Read a question and its recordings

    Are these two names one person, who is this owner, is this question still open, is this task yours? Each question shows the recordings behind it, and the ones that touch the most recordings come first.

  3. Step 3: Answer it, or leave it for later

    Answer on the card. Inte nu leaves a question for later. A voice can also be kept anonymous here.

  4. Step 4: Change your mind

    Every answer can be undone. A no is remembered, so the same question is not asked again.

What happens next

  • Every answer is kept and applied at once to the recordings it concerns.
  • People, owners, open questions and tasks then read the way you confirmed them: in Insikter, in Åtgärder and for your AI assistant.
  • New questions come as new recordings leave new gaps, up to ten a week.
