Before the meeting: where things stand

Pick a project, a person or a word and see the open commitments, the latest decisions and what blocks, in seconds.

Plan: Premium

For a project lead, an account manager or a teacher with a few weeks of meetings, calls or lessons in the account. Five minutes before the next meeting, the question is not what was said but where things stand: what is still open, who owns it, what was decided last time.

Choose Förbered (Prepare) on a project, a person or a word, and Deep Thought shows where things stand, computed from your own recordings in seconds.

Sketch: five glass jars in a row, each holding more settled layers of sand than the one before; the top layer of the fullest jar carries the gradient.

What you need

  • An account on Premium or Enterprise. Testers get Premium while they test: become a tester.
  • A few weeks of recordings in the account.
  • For an AI assistant: Claude Desktop, claude.ai or Claude Code.

Steps

  1. A project, a person or a word
  2. Förbered
  3. Where things stand
  1. Step 1: Find what you want to prepare

In the Web App, open a recording and its summary: each keyword has a Förbered link. A project or an organisation has one on its page, and a person on theirs under Personer (People).

  2. Step 2: Read where things stand

The page Förbered: läget just nu shows the open commitments with their owners, the latest decisions, what blocks, the open questions and who is involved, computed now from the conversations about it. Patterns, checked insights and people over time fill in when the analysis is done.

  3. Step 3: Follow it

The account owner or an admin can choose Följ (Follow), and it is kept up to date as new recordings arrive. Uppdatera nu (Refresh now) starts a fresh run. Everything you prepare or follow is listed on Insikter (Insights) under Följer och förbereder.

  4. Step 4: Or ask your AI assistant

Over MCP, the prepare tool returns where things stand for a project, a person, a word or a tag, and get_synthesis what a series, a tag or the whole account says together (connect an AI assistant).

What happens next

  • Where things stand before every meeting, without reading the transcripts again.
  • Each point leads back to the recordings it came from.
  • What the recordings cannot settle, such as whether two names are one person, Deep Thought asks you: a few questions a week. Each answer makes the picture more right.
